East Idaho students dig into spud harvest

High school sophomores Graeme and Olivia Carlson from Idaho's Snake River School District are taking a two-week break from school to work in the potato harvest, alongside students from nearby districts. This initiative provides students with their first job experience, allowing them to earn money while supporting local agriculture. Farmers gain extra help during the peak harvest season.
